Thirteen Things about Leslie's Life1. I was born in Brainerd,Mn 2. My first home was a full log log cabin. 3. I went to preschool in Vermillion, SD while my father was in Grad School there. 4. My school years were all in Brainerd. 5. My parents still live in the house I grew up in. 6. I have a degree in Deaf Education that I have never used. 7. I taught school in Elkins, WV for 9 years. 8. Both of our children are "mountaineers", born in West Virginia. 9. I have never had a driver's license. I can drive but am not interested in driving. 10. I did daycare for 10 years in our home. 11. I love taking road trips and hope to take one again soon. 12. I sang in a choir last Sunday and remembered why I never sing. It was stressful and I really wasn't very good at it. 13. I am enjoying being a project manager for a $2 million fundraising campaign for th MN United Methodist camping. It is challenging and exciting!!! Links to other Thursday Thirteens!1.
